Store-based quick commerce with Instamart
Swiggy Instamart is quick commerce: orders go out from an Instamart store. The reported orders below all started at the Kalkaji store.
What you need to start:
- Vehicle: bike, e-bike or cycle. Renting one is allowed.
- Licence: only for a bike. Not needed if you deliver by cycle or EV.
- Documents: Aadhaar card and PAN card.
- Bank account: for weekly payouts.
You choose part-time or full-time shifts.
Instamart pay: per order, incentives, weekly payout
Instamart says your earnings depend on three things: your city, how many orders you deliver, and the incentives and bonuses you earn. You can check order earnings, incentives and bonuses in the app every day. The money reaches your bank account every week.
Reported examples from Delhi, not fixed rates. A reporter made test deliveries from the Kalkaji store in May 2026. The app showed:

The longer orders paid more in this report. Single orders like these add up only if you complete many of them.
Onboarding fee: it varies by city and by Instamart store. Pay it once upfront, or in instalments over a few weeks taken from your earnings. The amount appears in the partner app, not on Instamart's page. Our joining fees guide has tips.
How to apply for Swiggy Instamart delivery jobs

- Dwarka: medium demand; recent posts name Sector 12 and Sector 13.
