What Blinkit asks for:

  • age 18 or above
  • an Android phone with an active internet connection

  • background verification and onboarding training before your first order

Keep your driving licence, RC and insurance certificate valid, because they are on Blinkit's document list along with PAN, address proof and bank details.

Per-packet pay and two reported Delhi examples

Each delivery earns a packet payment. Heavier loads and longer distances add incentives. Your earnings are paid to your bank account weekly. Blinkit also mentions a joining bonus, after a set number of deliveries in a set time, and a referral bonus.

An Indian Express reporter worked Blinkit shifts in Delhi in January 2026. Two figures from that report, reported examples, not rates:

  • ₹313.27 for 11 deliveries between 1 pm and 7 pm on 10 January 2026. One six-hour shift, not a full day's typical earnings.
  • ₹33.11 for one delivery of about 2.5 km plus stairs in Vasant Kunj, including a weight-based incentive.

Joining fee: Blinkit charges a one-time fee during onboarding, for training and support. The amount is not on its page; Blinkit shares the details at the interview. See our joining fees guide for what to check.
