What Amazon Flex work is like
Everything runs through the Amazon Flex app. Instead of a fixed duty, you pick the delivery blocks that fit your day.
- Amazon standard blocks last a few hours and start at a delivery station.
- Amazon Now blocks are a separate kind of block with their own pay rules (see the next section).
You can deliver on a two-wheeler or an e-bike. Amazon Flex also takes a commercial three-wheeler, with a higher minimum age of 20. You need to live in a city where Amazon Flex operates, and Delhi is one of them.
How Amazon Flex pays
There is no fixed monthly salary. This page doesn't list fixed amounts for Delhi; each block offer shows its own estimated earnings. Here is how the pay works:
- Each block offer shows the estimated earnings for that block, so you know the figure before you book.
- An Amazon Now offer shows a minimum block pay plus an estimated range. Ending the block early lowers what you get.
- The money goes to your bank account on the payment days you choose, as early as the next day.
A savings or current account both work.
How to apply
- Fill in the form on this page: name, phone, city and area.
- Our team calls you back to talk about delivery openings with hiring partners.
- Keep your PAN card, driving licence, RC, insurance and pollution certificates and bank details ready. The full list is on this page.
Before you can start, Amazon's verification partner checks your address, driving licence and criminal record. Amazon Flex says this usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Tips before you start
- Check your phone first. Amazon Flex asks for Android 13 or higher, at least 3 GB RAM, a camera with flash, GPS and an active SIM with calls and data.
- E-bike riders: keep the e-bike exemption certificate with your other papers.
- Helmet: Amazon Flex requires one on a two-wheeler or e-bike.
- Finish what you book. In Amazon Now blocks, leaving early cuts your pay.
