Zomato's joining steps
- Get the Zomato Delivery app and submit your details and documents.
- Pay the onboarding fee, once or as a fixed amount in instalments. It covers training and support; the amount for your city shows in the sign-up app.
- Collect your delivery kit from the nearest asset collection centre.
- Log in with your mobile number and go to your allocated area.
Zomato's team runs a background check after you register, before your first order. Zomato lists a driving licence, RC, insurance certificate, address proof, PAN card and bank account proof, and you must be at least 18.
Is there a Zomato office in Gurugram to visit?
Not one you can look up. Zomato names the kinds of centres it uses, onboarding centres and asset collection centres, without addresses. You find out where to collect the kit once you are in the joining process.
