Rapido office in Noida: the short answer
Rapido publishes no walk-in office for Captains in Noida. On Rapido's own page, joining happens in the Rapido Captain app.
So instead of travelling to an address, get your papers in order first. That saves a trip and a wasted day.
What Rapido asks for before your first ride
Papers to upload: driving licence, profile photo, RC, PAN or Aadhaar card. Rapido also lists a vehicle insurance copy and bank account details.
Checks: police verification and a background check, plus a medical check at a medical institution Rapido chooses.
Training: a 30-hour induction training for bike Captains.
Rules: you must be at least 18, with at least 2 years of driving experience and no pending challans on the bike. No conviction or pending case for drunk driving or serious crimes in the past 3 years.
