Rapido office in Gurgaon: do you need to visit one?

You don't need to find a Rapido office in Gurugram to become a Captain: Rapido lists none for joining. The whole process runs through the Rapido Captain app. Below: the costs, the checks and the papers, then how to apply here.

  • No conviction or pending case for drunk driving or serious crimes in the past 3 years
  • Consent to police verification and a background check
  • Vehicle with valid fitness certificate, insurance, pollution certificate (PUC) and permits
  • 30-hour induction training before onboarding

No joining office in Gurugram

Rapido doesn't list a walk-in office in Gurugram where new Captains sign up. Rapido's own page sends new Captains to the app.

Joining Rapido: cost, checks and papers

  • Cost: Rapido says joining as a Captain is free of cost. Its terms do allow fees or a subscription shown in the app, plus taxes.
  • Checks: you consent to police verification and a background check; Rapido also requires a medical check.
  • Training: 30 hours of induction training for bike Captains.
  • Papers: driving licence, RC, profile photo, Aadhaar or PAN card, vehicle insurance copy, bank account details.
  • Vehicle: your own bike with valid fitness certificate, insurance, PUC and permits.
