Amazon office in Gurgaon? How Amazon Flex joining works

For delivery work in Gurugram, Amazon runs Amazon Flex, and Gurgaon is on its list of Flex locations. Flex has no walk-in office: you sign up in the app and pick your pick-up station there. You only go to a delivery station once you start blocks.

  • Valid driving licence for a two-wheeler or three-wheeler
  • Background check by Amazon's verification partner (address, driving licence, criminal record), usually 2 to 5 business days

Amazon office or delivery station?

Two different things:

  • An office to join: there isn't one for Amazon Flex. Amazon doesn't publish delivery station addresses either.
  • The delivery station: where each block starts. You choose your service area and pick-up station inside the Amazon Flex app.

At the station you need closed shoes and a helmet (ISI 4151, with chinstrap and face shield). Safety vests are given there at no cost, and staff check your ID before you load packages.

Amazon Flex sign-up, step by step

  1. Sign up in the Amazon Flex app with an Amazon account.
  2. Answer the questions for the background check.
  3. Choose your vehicle and delivery type.
  4. Pick your service area and pick-up station.
  5. Watch the training videos and add tax and payment details.

Getting started usually takes 5 to 10 business days. You need to be at least 18 for a two-wheeler or e-bike, with a valid PAN card, driving licence, RC, insurance and PUC, and an Android phone (version 13 or higher, at least 3 GB RAM).
