Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your details when you use Delivery Jobs Delhi. We keep it short and simple.
What we collect when you apply
When you fill in our Apply form, we save:
- your name
- your mobile number
- your city and area
- the delivery company the page was about, if any (filled in automatically from the page)
- information about the page you applied from: its address, language and type, how you reached it (for example a search engine or a link) and the kind of device you used
Technical and safety details
- The exact version of the consent text you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.
- Your IP address is never saved as it is. We only keep a scrambled code (a hash) made from it, to stop spam and repeated fake applications.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not receive your name or mobile number.
Who we share your details with
When you send the form with the consent box ticked, you agree to share your details with hiring partners. Hiring partners are delivery companies and staffing agencies that hire delivery workers. We share only what they need to contact you about a job.
What "communication" means
It means phone calls from our team or a hiring partner about delivery jobs. We do not use your number for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep your details
We keep your application for up to 12 months. After that, it is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you.
Messages from our contact form
If you send us a message through the contact form, we save your name, your mobile number or email, your message, the page language and the technical details listed above. We use them only to reply to you. Everything on this page applies to these messages too: you can ask us to delete them, and they are deleted or anonymised after 12 months at most.
Your choices
- You can withdraw your consent at any time. We will stop sharing your details from then on.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details.
To do any of this, email [email protected] from any address and include the mobile number you used in the form.
Keeping your details safe
Applications are stored on our own server. Only our team can see full mobile numbers, and files sent to hiring partners are deleted once they have been sent.
Indian law
We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act).
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page. Whenever the consent text changes, it gets a new version number, and every application and message keeps the version that was agreed to.
