Instamart's own description: your earnings depend on the city, the number of orders you deliver, and incentives and bonuses. Order earnings, incentives and bonuses are visible in the app every day, and the money moves to your bank account every week. You choose part-time or full-time shifts.

An onboarding fee applies. It varies by city and Instamart store, and you can pay it upfront or in instalments over a few weeks taken from earnings.
