Pay at Blinkit

Blinkit describes its pay as per packet: an amount for each delivery, with incentives added for weight and distance. Payment goes to your bank account weekly. A joining bonus after a set number of deliveries in a set time, and a referral bonus, are also part of Blinkit's description.

Researched Delhi examples (city-wide, from an Indian Express reporter's own shift, January 2026):

  • 11 deliveries, 1 pm to 7 pm on 10 January 2026, one six-hour shift: ₹313.27
  • One delivery of about 2.5 km plus stairs in Vasant Kunj, weight incentive included: ₹33.11

Neither figure is a Rohini rate or a promise. Blinkit also charges a one-time joining fee during onboarding; ask about the amount at the interview.
