What Blinkit pays for
Here is how Blinkit itself describes its pay:
Each delivery earns you money (Blinkit calls it a per-packet model), and incentives are added for weight and distance. Pay arrives in your bank account weekly. There is also a joining bonus tied to finishing a set number of deliveries in a set time, and a referral bonus.
One cost to plan for: a one-time joining fee during onboarding, for training and support. The amount is shared at the interview. See our joining fees guide before you pay anything.
Your application
- Fill in the form on this page with Greater Noida as the city and Greater Noida West (Gaur City) as the area.
- Our team calls you back to go over openings with hiring partners.
- Have the documents listed on this page ready. Since Blinkit needs your own two-wheeler, the RC and insurance certificate are part of that list.
You also need to be 18 or above, with an Android phone that has internet and an active bank account.
Greater Noida West on the ground
Greater Noida West was earlier called Noida Extension. It grew around former villages such as Bisrakh and Shahberi and is home to the Gaur City township. The recent job posts name the area, and one place in it: Gaur City 1.
There is no metro here yet. An Aqua Line extension to Greater Noida West received clearance in July 2026; until it is built, plan your daily travel on your own two-wheeler.
Our research rates Blinkit demand here as high. Swiggy is confirmed in the area, and you may also find work with Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Shadowfax here.
