How Blinkit pays
Blinkit uses a per-packet model: you earn for every delivery, and incentives are added for the weight you carry and the distance you cover. Money reaches your bank account every week. Blinkit also mentions a joining bonus, earned after a set number of deliveries in a set time, and a referral bonus.
Researched Delhi examples from an Indian Express reporter's own shift in January 2026:
- ₹313.27 for 11 deliveries between 1 pm and 7 pm on 10 January 2026. One six-hour shift, not a normal full day.
- ₹33.11 for one delivery of about 2.5 km plus stairs in Vasant Kunj, including the weight incentive. An example, not a fixed rate.
Blinkit also takes a one-time joining fee at onboarding; the amount is shared at the interview.
